1) Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods (availability may vary by region and order value):
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (3-D Secure/OTP supported where available)
- Internet Banking (Malaysia): FPX
- E-wallets (Malaysia): DuitNow QR, Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay (if enabled)
- Bank Transfer: Transfer to the designated account (payment proof required)
- PayPal (if enabled)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly stated at checkout.
2) Currency & Price Display
- Prices may be displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and/or Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Charges will be collected in the currency shown at checkout. If your account is in a different currency, your bank/provider will convert at their own exchange rate and may apply fees.
- Prices, promotions, and fees may change without prior notice.
3) Taxes, Fees & Customs
- Taxes (e.g., sales/service tax) are calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable laws.
- Import duties, customs fees, and handling charges for international orders are payable by the recipient unless collected at checkout and clearly stated.
4) Authentication & Security
- Card payments may be pre-authorized at order placement and captured upon confirmation or shipment.
- We use PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways and TLS/SSL encryption; we do not store full card details on our servers.
- We may request identity/ownership verification (ID, last 4 digits of card, transfer receipt) for fraud prevention.
5) Bank Transfer Instructions
- Select Bank Transfer at checkout to receive account details and a reference code.
- Please complete payment within 24 hours and submit proof of payment with your order number.
- Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed after funds are received and verified (typically 1–2 business days).
6) Failed/Declined Payments
- Check card details, OTP/3-D Secure, and available balance.
- Contact your bank to enable online/international transactions.
- Try another method (FPX, e-wallets, PayPal).
If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.
7) Refunds & Disputes
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider (typically 5–14 business days after we process).
- For bank transfers, refunds will be sent back to the payer’s bank account; account verification may be required.
- If a chargeback occurs, we will provide transaction and delivery evidence. Please contact us first—most issues are resolved quickly.
8) Promo Codes, Vouchers & Wallet
- Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Vouchers/codes/points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- If an order using a code/points is refunded, the promotional value may be returned as store wallet credit under the original conditions.
9) Pricing Errors & Promotions
In the event of a pricing or promotion display error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
