HalalBizs — Terms of Use (Simple Version)

1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HalalBizs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Who may use the site
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
3) Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4) Orders and payments
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it.
Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and discounts are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
If a price or availability error occurs, we may cancel and refund.
5) Shipping, delivery, and risk
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s acceptance unless required otherwise by law.
6) Returns and refunds
Our return/refund policy applies (see product page or checkout).
Items must be returned in the condition stated in that policy, within the stated window, with proof of purchase.
7) Product information & halal compliance
We aim to list accurate product details.
Halal status/labels are provided by sellers/manufacturers. We require truthful representations and may ask for supporting certifications, but we do not provide religious certification ourselves.
Nutrition/health statements are for information only and are not medical advice.
8) Marketplace roles
Some items are sold by third-party sellers. In those cases, the seller is responsible for listings, fulfillment (if not fulfilled by us), and legal compliance.
9) Acceptable use
Do not:
Violate laws or third-party rights.
Interfere with or disrupt the site, scrape data, or bypass security.
Post unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
Abuse reviews/ratings or attempt fraud.
10) Your content (reviews, Q&A, uploads)
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the platform.
We may remove content that violates these terms.
11) Intellectual property
The site, logos, and content are owned by HalalBizs or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the site or its content except as allowed by law or with our permission.
12) Third-party services
Links or integrations (payments, shipping, analytics, social login) are provided by third parties and governed by their terms and privacy policies.
13) Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 3 months before the claim.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HalalBizs from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms.
16) Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations or risk to others. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).
17) Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia (without conflict-of-law principles), unless your local mandatory laws require otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, unless another forum is required by law.
18) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
